Head of Finance

Position Description:

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.

• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Present key financial metrics and variance analysis to the executive management team and board members.

• Evaluate department performance and profitability margins to optimize cost-efficiency.

• Establish, implement, and monitor robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or master’s in finance is highly preferred.

• Professional certification is highly advantageous.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
