PBTP started in 2021 as a pasta spot and has grown into an urban trattoria, with outlets at Taman Literasi Blok M and BXC Bintaro. The food is comfort classics cooked with more ambition: Italian at the base, borderless in approach, pulling from whatever flavours and techniques make a dish taste better.

By urban we mean the way Jakarta actually eats and hangs out. The lunch that turns into a meeting, the run club that needs somewhere to land after, the table that goes from families at noon to friends catching up at ten. PBTP is built to be a regular part of people's week, somewhere they come back to without needing a reason.

That's why our hospitality starts long before guests sit at the table. Whether answering a quick inquiry, handling reservations, or making sure every guest interaction feels welcoming and seamless, our Customer Service sets the tone for the PBTP experience.

What you’ll do:

• Handle all guest inquiries, needs, and problem-solving through WhatsApp Business and Instagram with a warm, brand-aligned voice

• Manage guest reservation data entry accurately into the system

• Coordinate reservation details and guest special requests seamlessly with the Marketing team and outlet staff

You’re a strong fit if you:

• Hold min. a Diploma Degree (D3) in Communication Studies or a related field

• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills (prior experience in Admin or Customer Service is a plus)

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital communication tools

• Are proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and in a team

• Own a personal laptop ready for daily work

• Are ready for a 6-day workweek on a hybrid arrangement (3x WFO & 3x WFH)

• Have conversational English skills for daily communication (preferred)
