Lease & Marketing Staff - BSD

Execute leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental targets.

Identify prospective tenants, conduct property presentations, and negotiate lease terms.

Maintain tenant relationships and support lease renewals and tenant retention.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, rental rates, and occupancy performance.

Manage lease documentation, contract administration, and tenant coordination.

Prepare leasing reports and market analysis to support business decisions.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Leasing, Marketing, Business Development, Property Management, or related fields, preferably within office buildings, commercial properties, or real estate industries.

Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and contract administration.

Knowledge of commercial property markets, rental strategies, occupancy management, and market analysis.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Willing to be placed in BSD City.
