COMPENSATION SUPERVISOR

We are hiring a Compensation Supervisor for our human resources and administration department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise compensation, payroll, attendance, and employee performance management processes.

2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian wage regulations, including UMK/UMSK, overtime, THR, and applicable tax regulations.

3. Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary scales, and incentive schemes.

4. Monitor payroll accuracy, attendance records, and employee compensation data.

5. Analyze compensation and performance data to support management decisions.

6. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. At least 5 years of compensation and performance management experience.

3. Familiar with Indonesian compensation structures (UMK / UMSK, overtime calculation formulas, THR, and PTKP tax-free allowance), attendance systems, and payroll.

4. Fluent Mandarin.

5. Experience establishing compensation systems for Chinese-invested factories in Indonesia preferred.
